How to Order

To ensure a seamless experience from browsing to checkout, please follow our simple process:

  1. Browse & Select: Explore our online catalog at ITnerfricaShop.com and add items to your cart.
  2. Secure Checkout: Proceed to checkout and provide your contact details and preferred delivery/collection method.
  3. Payment & Confirmation: Complete your payment securely online. Choose the EFT Payment Option with “Pay to Clear” (Immediate Payment) from your bank, as we are with FNB. All prices include 15% VAT.
  4. Processing: We will prepare your order at our Midrand facility and notify you as soon as it is ready.
  5. Delivery or Collection:
    • Delivery: Shipped directly to your specified address.
    • Collection: Wait for your “Ready for Collection” notification. Collections are by appointment only.
